At Talley & Twine, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your timepiece, we offer a 30-day return and exchange window for all items in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Center and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label via email for you to download and print.

• 3.
  Package Your Timepiece

  Securely place the watch in its original packaging, including all protective films and tags, to ensure it is not damaged during transit.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality control team inspects the returned item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
